DON'T WORRY ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL BECAUSE YOU WILL LEARN TO ADAPT

If it is hard right now, if you feel bad, if you're in too much pain... don't make it a big deal, don't worry about it. You will learn to adapt in just a matter of time. Just endure the pain, endure the feeling and negative emotion. You will learn to adapt it into your system and feel much better in a while.

If you want the suffering to stop then stop thinking about negative, stop complaining, stop being a dramatic actor, stop thinking that you're entitled to feel better. Just keep moving forward, keep living. If you want your situation to change then do something about it rather than complaining about it.

Just take actions, take the necessary actions... move fast and never settle. You can change the momentum of your life by taking actions.

If the new environment you are in is very fast and your use to a very slow pace... don't panic, your system will adapt in just a matter of time. Keep plodding, keep moving, stay relax and never freak out. Learn to control your emotions, learn to be adaptive and just simply give your best.

If you are willing to give your best then something good will happen to you. Yes, it's a struggle, it's a hard work, it's a stressful situation but the point here is you will never die. You will survive it, you will learn it, you will grow from it. Learn to process the pain, learn to accept the difficulty and just keep moving forward little by little. Just be happy that you're still alive because it only means you will be able to change your life and situation.

KEY POINTS: Don't freak out and just learn to stay calm, always think that no matter what happens.. you are still alive and you can solve any problem that you have, any feeling will soon go away, you will feel good in just a matter of time. Life is not all about who is feeling good but it's about who is feeling bad and can still manage to feel good despite of those negative emotions. It's the one who can endure that will become successful.

Just learn to focus on the positive things because for sure there are still good things going on with your life.

Forget about your emotions, just focus on your goal. It's hard to feel good while feeling bad but the point here is you are still in control of your actions and how you think. Learn to welcome the positive thoughts and you will feel good in a while. Life is just a game, if you can feel good at any kind of situation then you will win.

Endure the feeling, make fun out if it, think of it as a learning curve, think of it as something that will make you stronger. Because that is the truth... the more pain you endure, the stringer you will become. Never make it a big deal, never complain, never whine and act like a bitch. Just deal with it and do something good about your life.
