Your emotion is controlling your life, your emotions is what makes you make bad or good decision. Be aware of how you feel and try to feel good every now and then. Your thoughts are connected with your emotions, if you can always think positive then positive things will happen to you, you will feel good in a while.
Let's say you've done wrong while you're driving an you're causing a traffic, a lot of people were sounding their horns towards your vehicle. They were mad at you, of course you will panic, you will rush but if you will think that it's nothing and you stay cool then you will be able to find a solution, you will be able to move your vehicle in the right way that will make the traffic flow better. It's your emotion that will control the situation so stay cool and never freak out.
Be aware if you're in a state of panic, if yes then simply relax, don't do anything, calm down until the dust settles. If you will rush and be a in a state of havoc then everything will turn worse. But if everything is bad and you're simply relaxed and not doing anything then everything will be alright.
Focus on not being too emotional, have a relaxed state, enjoy being slow. Even if people are always pushing you to do something, don't talk, just move according to your pace. Never retaliate, never feel anything bad about what is going on around you. Everything is ok, you don't need to become scared even more, if they feel bad about you so be it but don't ever get too emotional or else you will make wrong decisions.
It's all about feeling good, if you can feel good during stressful times then you will be alright, never be afraid of slowing down, never be afraid to stay happy while they are panicking and freaking out. This is just a game, life is a game, you can move forward and act as if nothing is going wrong or you can join their misery and stay with that grid forever. It is up to you, people nowadays were hot headed, they want something fast, they were always rushing that's why they end up being broke.
If you will set yourself apart from stress while it's happening then you will live your life easier. Take it easy, never rush, never force things, let the music play, let the rhythm flow, always stay on your lane and never dwell on negativity.
You can control your emotions and thoughts, you should always remember that. You can run your life according to your pace, they can never push you if you stay relax, calm and have a peace of mind.
While people are panicking you are laughing, while they are rushing you just give your best and never get affected with the stress that is surrounding you. It's like having a protective force field that will never get destroyed by anything.
