8 STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE YOUR WILL STRONGER THAN EVER

Willpower is the only thing that will make you successful, nothing else other than that. With enough will you can accomplish great things. If your willpower is very strong then you can overcome any challenges in life, you will prevail, you will be the last man standing. Develop your willpower and you can get any impossible that you can think of.

1. Forget about doing it perfect. Forget about being the number one, forget about greatness, forget about finishing it so fast. Just take it step by step, stay with the work until it is finish, never stop until you're done. Whatever ugly effort that you can think of... do it. Never mind if it's an ugly try what matters is you keep going. Focus on the action not on the perfection. Keep the ball rolling, keep the water running. Even if it is an ugly flow... still give it a go.

2. Be in the moment. Never rush, having a strong will power means you're not looking for an escape. Be in the moment even if that moment is so ugly and difficult. Never think about finishing it, never think about having a different and easy life. Always be in the moment and try to make that moment as epic as it can be. Be aware of what is going on, be mindful.

3. Once you start it, never stop it. Commit, as simple as that. Don't quit when the going gets tough. Once you start something, promise to yourself that you will never stop. Promise to yourself that you will do whatever it takes to finish the process. It's all about not stopping, do something even if it's not giving you anything.

4. Feel your feelings. Feel the pain, never try to numb it. It's painful but the more pain you feel... the stronger your willpower will become. Endure every pain and sacrifice. Look it in its eyes and feel it, welcome it. 

5. Focus on the push. Just one push at a time, focus on the push. Even if that push is very weak, repeat it. Push yourself and be ashamed of yourself if you're not taking any action. Make a move, push as much as you can. You know if you're pushing or not, always think that you still have an energy left in your body. It's easy... you will just do one more. One more repetition, one more action, one more try, one more second of work.

6. Try to make it slow. If you feel that your mind and body is becoming weak because of fatigue... try to make it slow. Make your pace slow, breathe, be in slow motion if needed but don't ever stop. It's better to be slow than not doing anything at all.

7. Embrace pain. It's painful, deal with it. Never complain, never cry like a bitch. Never make excuses. It is really hard if you're pursuing something great, all you can do is embrace the pain. Because if you will not embrace it, it means you already quit.

8. Do active rest. Rest but still do something for your dream. You can take days off but you still need to make the momentum going. Rest but still do something that will make you a little closer to your dream.
