If you are demanding for something make sure you have the license to demand. Make sure you are one of a kind and have a lot of options in life. Some people are demanding so much but they don't have the track records of working so hard, they simply demand without proof that they have done something great.
You should have the license to demand or else you will look stupid, you keep on demanding and demanding but no one will hear you because you're not for real. You're just good in barking. If you can work super hard and prove them that you can prove something then you will get something.
The license to demand is what you can offer, if you can offer more then you can demand for more. You can't have a special treatment if you're just a crook guy trying to fake something. You should be for real. You should excel on your craft, be the best you can be and you should have the X factor.
People will give you your demands if you're deserving. Show them that you deserve it, show them something they haven't seen before. Make yourself as someone who is hard to ignore, get that license to demand.
It's hard work that will save you, it's the only thing that will give you a license. Not anger, not bullying, not rage, not swagger... it's hard work that will make people respect you.
