IT'S BETTER TO JUST REST THAN TO DO SOME STUPID THINGS

You're doing a lot of things and that's why you feel so busy. You schedule is messed up, there are lot of activities in your life that are completely just a waste of time and energy. That's why you always feel like your energy was easily depleted. You don't mind if your energy goes to useless activities like watching TV, playing stupid games, gossiping, talking about the people you hate, joining activities that you don't even like, spending your time with the wrong people. It's better to just rest and do nothing than to spend your time taking actions that will only make your system weaker. You have to conserve your energy to do more important things. The reason why you can't do a lot of things is not because you don't have enough time, it's because you're wasting a lot of time for nonsense activities. It's draining you, it's pushing you away from progress.

Even if you're just thinking about negative thoughts, it's also draining your energy, it's making you powerless. Just choose to never think or put your mind on neutral to avoid draining your energy. Because negative thoughts is so poisonous, the more you entertain it the more your body will become weak, you will never take actions anymore, that negativity will control you and will immobilize you, it will scare you, it will stop you, you will become a slave of it. Just rest if you will never do something good because at least you're gaining more energy from it. When I say rest just stay neutral and plain, don't do anything like playing video games or using your cellphone and hanging with social media all day long. Just close your eyes and sleep if you can, or at least meditate. 

If you can just focus your mind and body to more productive and meaningful things then you will have a much better life. It's easy to have money if you will focus on getting money, it's easier to become healthy if you will focus on taking care of your body. The reason why you're failing is because you're doing a lot of things, you're too busy everyday thinking about problems that's not even connected to your journey or growth. Be mindful of the things that you do, be mindful of the thoughts that you think. It's simply about disciplining yourself and focusing on the things that really matters, if something will not make you grow then get rid of it, throw it away off the window, get rid of it as fast as you can. 

Don't tire yourself out, it's not the difficult tasks that makes you tired... it's yourself, you're making yourself exhausted because you're entertaining too much useless activities. You love a form of entertainment that is not helping you to make progress. 

You will become very unproductive if your mind is stressed, you will become slow and weak if you're thinking too much and if there's a lot of things going on with your life, you have to trim your activities, you have to prioritize the things that makes you better. If something is not making you improve then why the hell will you give some time for it? throw it away the window, get rid of it. You know what's better for you, you know what will work or not.

TOO MUCH IMAGES IN YOUR HEAD

The main  reason why you can't get what you want is because there's too many images in your head, your mind is crowded with a lot of information that you don't even need. And that's why you can't focus, that's why you can't make progress and you can't become really happy. Get rid of the images that you don't even need, take away all the information that is only crowding your mind. You don't need a lot of information, you need to focus at the end of the tunnel and never travel a lot of ways. Where your focus go the energy flow and where you grow. So if you're focused on negativity then you're growing with negativity but if you're focused on positivity then you're growing with it, you're starting to become a better person. There is too much images inside of your head, you're wanting too much, you don't have a direction, you don't have a plan. Or maybe you have a plan but you're not executing it. Something is always taking your energy away and you're not aware of it. Something is always making you weak and slow. If you're just focused on what you want then you will get it no matter what, no matter what challenges tries to ruin your life... you can overcome all of it. 

Be a single minded person. Define what you want, define what you really need and go for it. Go and get it, period. Stop thinking, stop worrying, stop entertaining a lot of people and things that will only eat your golden time. You're wasting your energy for no reason, and that what makes you weak and slow. Too much image, too much information, too much useless entertainment will make you out of control, it will make you unproductive and wasted. You have to train your ability to focus on one thing alone and get it no matter what. That's how to become fast and productive, that's how to become successful. Train your drive, fuel your desire with the most correct and useful information you can come up with. 

Always ask yourself do you need to do that? do you need to watch that? do you need to be engage with that? do you need to participate with that? do you need to react with gossips or useless information? do you need to use your energy for news and such? Do you need to think that way? stop fooling yourself, stop getting caught up with something that is not useful at all. It's better to be just selling some random things in streets rather than wasting your life doing something that is only trapping you. You can train your mind, you can create a new habit that will put you to success. It's all about discipling yourself and depriving yourself from activities that will put you on a worse situation. 

Get rid of the subjects that are making you slow and lazy, some information are really entertaining but it has no real content, it's only putting your life into misery. Get rid of the negative and useless images in your head, think about what you want to happen in your life and forget everything else.
