REAL FOCUS MEANS RESTRAINT

You stop yourself from doing what is not needed, you stop eating junkfood, overspending, scrolling, procrastinating, spending your time on activities that won't give you money or edge, you stop acting like a loser and you do whatever it takes to get ahead in life. Real focus means restraint, you don't need to do a lot of magical things here you just need to do less of what is stopping you from evolving. It's the habit that will make you prevail or lose, it's your pattern that will keep you ahead or stuck in life. It is what it is, it's not going to be easy if you want to change your life. Restriction doesn't mean you are being controlled, it means you are the one who is controlling, you are the one who is in power. Sacrifice means growth and evolution, it's time to become something you haven't been before, it's time to create power and significance, if you want to win then you need to have a winning mentality. Develop the willpower to finish, become a fast starter and a strong finisher. Don't distract yourself with food, scrolling, lust, entertainment and any other things that are putting you on a bad position. You have to become hungry with the work if you want to prevail, at the end of the day this is not about how talented you are, this is about how hungry you are. You will only be able to manufacture the willpower that you need if you restrict yourself from doing what will make your mind weak and that is eating a lot of junkfood, watching a lot of porn, gossiping, scrolling and delaying things and activities that you need to do. If you want more control and willpower you need to train your mind how to face adversity and discomfort, train yourself how to push when it is hard, go hard when you need to go hard, stop thinking too much and just do what you need to do no matter what. It's only just a matter of time before you make something click, just do it, just start and keep pushing no matter what. If you really want it then you will make it work, if you really want to win then you will never give up, as simple as that. Focus means restraint. Focus on doing whatever it takes to get to the next level, focus on doing what you need to do and thinking what you need to think, refrain from doing useless actions that are harming you, you know what it is, you don't need to pretend that you don't know it, stay disciplined no matter what, stay on the course, keep grinding and do whatever it takes to improve and get closer to your goal. You will only win if you are willing to give everything you've got and sacrifice everything that will lead to greatness.
