GO SUPER HARD FOR A WEEK

Go super hard this week, be relentless, do something special. Forget about anything else just focus on working hard and making a momentum. Don't be scared to work hard, just keep moving and never stop. Don't be scared to lose just work super hard and experience what it feels like to be giving your all.

Just try it for one time and see how can it impact your life. Time is so fast, one week is very short. It's a breeze you will not even notice it. The goal here is to build a habit in one week that will give you better results in life. The habit will not be adapted yet perfectly but at least you start something.

Go super hard for one week, make your life hard, give the strongest effort that you can give. There is more in you and you need to release it. Try all the process that you know in one week. Never stop until you see a momentum. Stay focus, stay with the grind and never stop until you force something to come out.

If you take this week seriously and do the very best that you can then you will see your potential, you will see possibilities that can give you success.

Go hard, never stop and make yourself super tired. If you can still move and make a small action then it means you don't have the right to stop.

Going super hard will make you feel powerful. It will make you know who you are, you will be proud of yourself, you will focus on your life and you will forget all of your problems because you will focus on solutions.

Push harder, think deeper, move faster, work longer. It's just one week, make the week super long, don't sleep if you can. Once you enjoy working hard for one week then you can carry that momentum and you can work hard for the next more weeks, you can even work super hard for the whole year, you just need to train yourself to work harder and harder each day.
