ONE WEEK TESTING OF YOUR MENTAL STRENGTH

This is fun, this activity will test your mental strength. Pick a bad habit that you have and don't do it for one week. This will test your mental strength, this will become the barometer if you will become successful or not.

If your bad habit is watching TV for 5 or more hours a day then just watch TV for just an hour, do it everyday. Make a commitment of doing it, never stop doing it in one week. If your bad habit is smoking cigarette then you should try this too, stop smoking for one week and see if you can do it. You never know, maybe after not smoking for one week, maybe you can extend it and never smoke again.

This is fun, this will test your willpower and discipline, this will make you feel uncomfortable but the benefits were too good. It will change your life, it will give you a different world.

You can also build  a habit in one week. If you want to develop a new habit such as exercise, healthy eating, learning an instrument etc. then do it for one week straight. It will be recorded in your mind, there is a chance that you may adapt the habit forever. There is a chance that you may do it everyday for the rest of your life.

The more you get uncomfortable, the more your willpower and strength will become powerful. It is hard to maintain a streak especially if there is a part of you that is against with the process. You have to endure the one week timeline, no matter how bad you feel and how stressed you are... you still need to maintain the streak. It will get harder and harder as the days go by but if you really want results then you should follow the timeline.

After one week and you're not yet satisfied with the results... go and extend for one week more and one week more until you are satisfied with the transformation in your life.

Consistency is a powerful thing. It is a perfect tool for changing your life. If you really want a change.. you must keep the streak alive as long as you can. No excuses and no passes.
