Any single word is just a noise, it just a sound. It has no sharp edges, it is not a knife nor a bullet so it only means it shouldn't be hurting you. But why are people so sensitive? why are they so scared of what other people say? Any single word can't ever harm you if you will not give it any meaning. Just go away if someone is saying not nice to you. It's not cowardice, it's thinking smart because you don't even need to fight someone who is not worth it.
Being too sensitive will only make you feel bad, it will ruin your day, it will make you angry and force you to make decisions that are not right. It will destroy your mindset and will make you do stupid things that will put you on a bad position.
Any critic, any form of disrespectful description towards you... forget it. It's just a noise, it's just a sound. You give it a meaning that is why it becomes so powerful. Stop giving it any meaning, the moment you ignore it is the moment it dies.
A noise is just a noise, it is nothing, it is useless if you will not give it any attention.
You will become more mentally tough if you will ignore any noise that is against you or has an intention to bring you down. You can even destroy an enemy by fully ignoring him.
Your mind is so powerful, it can harm you or protect you. If you listen to bad words against you and put it inside of your head then you are only hurting yourself but if you ignore it then you already protected yourself.
Sensitivity is the start of your fall down so train yourself to have a thick skin and ability to ignore bullshits. Once you become an expert in ignoring what people say... you are free, you can do more things, you can express yourself even more. You will be able to see the more beautiful things in life because your energy is going after the right things only and appreciating what you can control.
You cannot control other people's thoughts and mouth. All you can do is control your temper, manage your emotions and do what is best for your life. Focus on the more important things, stop focusing on negativity.
