HOW TO BE WEIGHTLESS

You want to feel weightless? you want to feel like floating in the air and not dragging yourself just to finish your work? you can achieve it. You want to stay focused and undisturbed? you want to have a peace of mind and not worry about a lot of things anymore? that is achievable, all you have to do is let go.

Focus on what you want and not on what you don't want. Focus on yourself, what are you trying to achieve. Never focus on other people's lives because that will only make you think negatively.

Don't think, just do. Forget about the results, forget about the things that might happen. Learn to let go and just live with the moment... that is how to be weightless. Never think about what people are thinking.

Learn to disconnect from the outcome, just give your best and never worry if you are going to become successful or not. Just do as much as you can and never take any second for granted. Live with the moment and fully enjoy the process. If you need to do something and your intention is good... do it, never hesitate nor procrastinate.

Forget the past. Past is making you feel heavy so forget about it. If you want to move faster and become happier... forget the past. It's over, you need to think about the better things that might happen with your life. There is a bright future waiting for you so completely get rid of the past and become the best version of yourself. Past is only destroying your brain so forget about it.

Destroy your self image. Forget about your identity. Be like a morph who can change with the circumstances. Never care about your self image so you will feel loose, free and creative. Just move spontaneously and never hold yourself back. Forget about looking good, kind and perfect. Never be too defensive, just feel happy expressing yourself.

Learn to adapt and improvise. Your skills and knowledge will never be enough. Learn to adapt and improvise once you don't know something. Having the mindset that you can always find a solution will never make you feel worry again.
