DO IT WITH A LITTLE PUSH

If you are doing something... do it with a little push. That will take you to another level. Work harder, make your self a little comfortable.. that is what pushing is all about, that is what getting better is all about.

It's not hard, it's just a little comfortable, but don't worry because it will give you better results, it will make you a better person. A little push will give you a little advantage.

If you are so comfortable... it means you are  not pushing, you are not progressing. If you find yourself so relaxed... it means you're not growing. You need to force yourself a little bit. Make yourself do what you don't want to do. If your mind is telling you to stop... don't stop and just keep taking actions. It is fun, you will know how strong you are, your stamina will become stronger.

For example, if you are studying and you set your timetable of studying for 2 hours... study for 2 hours and 15 minutes or even 2 hours and 30 minutes. That will take you to another level, that will ensure that you are going to pass your exam. More information will be installed in your brain, how good was that?

Why are so people afraid to push?

1. They thought that it is hard.
2. They give pushing a complex meaning, it is just about going an extra mile. If you will run for 2 minutes then run for three minutes. It's only about doing better than yesterday or doing more than what you are suppose to do.
3. People thinks that pushing is painful, it is not that painful... it will only give you a little discomfort. If you keep pushing a little bit and a little bit then you will become great one day.

So if you want to become better than others... keep pushing. If you want to change your life... keep pushing. Do more, strive more. Not all people wants to push, they are so afraid of pushing that is why they are being push around.

Pushing a little more will change your life, it will give you a little bit of a stress but that stress is an ingredient for your growth.
