EXPERIENCE. It is the ultimate source of knowledge, it is the most reliable and effective source. Through experience you can learn a lot, through experience you will be able to distinguish what is real or not.
You can learn a lot of details, you can know every step but if you will not apply it in your life... that knowledge means nothing. Experience is the best teacher, it teaches the truth, it teaches the reality.
So if you want to learn a lot... you must experience a lot. You must do it and feel it, you must touch it and see it's true use.
If you are afraid to experience it then you will never learn it. You need to endure the hardship of experiencing it. You need to experience the stress because that is where the real knowledge is being born.
Experiencing it is more fun than just putting it inside of your brain. You may know the words and right phrases but if you haven't tried it in real life then you haven't really learn anything yet.
If you want your knowledge to expand.. experience it. Don't look for the words, don't search for the numbers... just experience it in real life. Do it, process it, challenge yourself to learn it by experiencing it.
Once you experience it a lot of times, you will become an expert on it. Your level will go up, you will become better than others. You will never be afraid to experience it over and over again. You will no longer be afraid of experiencing other things.
