YOU NEED TO STOP SOMETIMES

Sometimes the more you push the more things are not going well. Sometimes you need to stop and rest your mind and body so that you can push stronger the next day.

You're not a machine and you have to realize that because if you will abuse your body and mind... you will only get sick, it is bad if you are pursuing something.

Stop sometimes but don' rest too much, don't make rest as a habit. Just relax your body and brain and once you feel that your energy is coming back... go back working again.

Push push then pull. Push push then pull. You need to breathe, you need to give yourself a breathing room or else you will go crazy. There is no need to rush, you can move fast but don't rush and worry because that will only worsen your situation.

Stop if you need to, it is your right to stop. But make sure you are stopping because you really need it, don't stop because you're just being lazy. Stopping will restart everything, stopping will make you think clearly, you will regain your energy and come back stronger than ever.

Life is not a race, it's also not a marathon, it's sticking with your process and feeling every moment. You need to learn how to feel, you need to understand what your mind and body needs.

There is no shame in stopping because your goal is still alive, your desire to finish and become successful is still there. You just need to take a break so that you will be able to make an assessment on how to do things more effective and fast.
