HOW NOT TO BECOME STRESSED ANYMORE?

Stress is a sign that growth is around the corner. If you will just put in your mind that everytime you get stressed you are growing then you will not become stressed anymore. Everything will be like a game to you, you will feel bad a little bit but that uncomfortable feeling will never annoy you nor destroy your day. You will think that it's normal and you will feel good about it in a weird way.

If you can enjoy stress then you will progress, you will become mentally tough, emotionally tough and you will never feel that the task in front of you is hard. You will just do it and you will feel really good after doing it. You knew that once you finished something then you will feel really accomplished.

Dedicate yourself in facing something that needs to be faced and you will have an easier life. Even traffic can make you mentally tough, if you will not complain about it and just enjoy it then you already become mentally tough, people were hot headed nowadays, they are rushing during traffic, they were panicking, they feel like time will run out. But when they arrive at home what will they do? they will just watch tv and drink some beers. So funny that they have to rush just to do something stupid in the end. If you will rush then make sure you will do something better not something worse.

Some people thinks that exercise is stressful, it's so funny because they think that way. It is stressful for them because they don't want to move, they just want to finish, it is stressful because they can't see the benefits of it. If you can only see the benefits of stress then you will never be scared of it anymore. If you are stressed by working for so long then simply think that you are becoming a good worker, think that you are becoming more effective and your money is going up by working a lot. Always see the benefits of stress so the stress will not become powerful.

Never think that you still have to do this or do that so you must finish fast what you are doing now. Just be in the moment, move fast but always stay calm and in control. Never freakout because that will make your situation even worse.

Stress is just a feeling, it will all go away if you will think that it is nothing and it cannot harm you.

You need stress to grow, you need it to expand and make your life better. That is why education is stressful, that is why pursuing a goal is stressful... it will make you grow, it will change your life, it will turn you into a someone that is better than before.

Simple enjoy the stress and always think that it is only making you a better person, always remember that stress is not the enemy, the enemy is yourself by how you think about stress.
