Sometimes if you can't move for unknown reason, if you feel tired and you feel like all you want to do is watch TV or play video games... you need to put pressure on yourself, you need to scare yourself so that your brain will be triggered to command your body to move.
You are so relaxed and comfortable but you're not moving. I am a big fun of staying calm and relaxed but only if you are working. You need to work not being worried, just keep moving and stay relaxed during pressure times.
You feel like everything is going to be alright even if you afford to become lazy today, that is what you are thinking about. But success and life doesn't work out that way. Sometimes you have to use your tremendous willpower to make something show into your life. If you are a lazy bum ass son of a bitch who cannot even decide if you will move then just put a pressure in yourself. Imagine that you're going to get broke if you will not move now and make your life successful. Imagine that you will live in misery if you didn't make things happen today.
Because nothing is working for you. You already tried the slow pace, lazy type, relaxed style but did it work for you? if it didn't work then you have to try the brutal hardwork style. Increase the pressure, don't be scared because pressure creates diamonds. You will become a totally different person if you put evolutionary pressure on yourself. Increase the pressure every now and then so you won't just take your life for granted.
The more you push yourself the more you become a different person. Feel the discomfort and move despite of feeling it. That is what great people do... they move despite of feeling bad, they push through, they power through. They don't care about how they feel, all they care about is being successful.
