Something or someone will stunned you for whatever reason. Maybe they are trying to scare you so that you will agree with them. Sometimes you're just stunned of what is being presented, you don't like it but you are so overwhelmed with the presence of the person in front of you. Being stunned is scary, you will be forced to make weak decisions that you will regret later.
If you are stunned... your power will go away, you will not be able to think clearly. You will submit to someone's power and will totally agree with him even if you don't like it.
Here is what you need to do if you are stunned:
1. Know your power. Can you do something? is the person stunning you have more power than you? and if yes, just stay calm. You can always do something about it. Always remember that you're not instigating a fight when you retaliate, you're just letting him know that you're not easy to deal with. You must make him feel that you will not submit that fast.
2. Stay calm. Once you feel fear, stay calm, don't speak if you need to, always try to calm yourself so that you can think clearly. Take it slowly, don't rush things. You need to settle first before you make a first move. Be aware of what is going on and breathe slowly and deeply but never let them know it.
3. Talk. Talk if you already have the confidence to talk. Talk calmly and never let fear affect your voice. Use your natural voice. Always be aware of what you're saying. Talk slowly and never eat your words, make sure they are getting what you're saying.
4. Remember that you have the option to say no. You can say no whenever you want to, you can say it anytime. No once can force you to do things. You always have the power to say no. When you say it... mean it and never change your mind. Never mind if they will be offended, it is your life that you must take care of. It is what you want that you should prioritize.
5. Leave. What is the point of fighting somebody if you can leave? There is nothing wrong in leaving a useless fight or altercation. Leave if you must and stop thinking about it anymore. Think as if nothing happened and live your normal and peaceful life.
