If you feel bad right now... keep feeling bad, embrace that feeling, never try to escape it. Just feel bad and soon it will be gone, you will feel better in a while. Because if you will never embrace it... it will go even more, you will get frustrated and depressed. So feel it and just move slowly. Take positive actions and just go through the motions.
Always remember that emotions will change every now and then. People don't know it that is why they were so shocked everytime they feel bad, they go crazy when everything in their life seems not normal.
The reality is... even if you're the richest man in the world, even if your life seems perfect... you will still feel bad. You will still experience negative emotions. Always remember that feeling bad is normal, it is part of your life. You can't be happy forever, there is no such thing as consistent happiness 24 hours a day. There will be times when you will experience random negative emotions coming from nowhere and if you are not aware that it is normal... you will feel badder even more.
Just stick with it and feel normal about it, never think that it is a big deal, never think of it as a problem that will never go away. You can always feel good whenever you want to, it depends on how fast you adapt with a certain feeling. If you can just think positively while feeling bad then your life will become awesome, you will have an easier life. Positive things and opportunities will come to you always. You will have an incredible endurance and you can face any challenges in life.
Life is governed by emotions, we do stupid things because of how we feel. We do something because we think that it will make us feel good only to learn in the end that it is not the answer.
Everytime you feel bad... don't complain and cry like a bitch, don't let it run inside of your head. Just embrace it and make fun of it. Learn to process the pain, learn to let it flow and go away from your system.
Life is a game, if you can play with any kind of emotions then you will live longer, happier and more successful.
