Don't make dramas, you can think about it but you should never have a self pity. You can talk about it but not all the time. Try to forget it as much as you can. Remember that it is just a feeling, yeah it can be so painful but all emotions will go away, it is not permanent, it is there to either make you or break you. The choice is yours, you can grow from any emotion if you will see the positive side of it.
Just try to survive each day and never do something stupid. Breathe, live life and never take any second for granted. Each day survive... the pain will become smaller and smaller.
Any painful emotion is a blessing, it will make you tougher, your confidence will go higher and you will be proud of yourself because you survive that kind of pain. Not all people can survive an emotional trauma, treat it as a challenge and never let it control your life.
Feel it, embrace it until it is no longer there anymore. You will be familiar with that feeling and it will never bother you anymore in the long run, you will become immune to it.
It is not there to stay in your system forever, time will come and that emotional trauma can no longer hurt you. You just need some time to recover, just be patient because it will be gone in a while. Time will heal any kind of pain, never rush the process of forgetting it. You don't need to do anything just live your life and any kind of pain will go away.
What can't kill you can only make you stronger, try to remember that phrase everyday. It is just a feeling, endure it, enjoy it if you can because you will miss that pain somehow when it's not in your system anymore.
You are very lucky because you are still alive, you still have a lot of chance to become happy. Never let an emotional trauma destroy your life.
