STOP TO REEVALUATE NOT TO QUIT

You can stop but you can't quit. Stopping doesn't mean literally quitting, sometimes you need to stop for a while in order for you to think clearly and change plans if needed. Because sometimes the more you push the more you fail and results were not coming in.

You need to stop in order to give yourself a breathing room and gather more energy so you can push harder later. It's not all about being relentless and wild, sometimes you also need to have a timing for everything. Sometimes you need to take it slow and make the necessary adjustments.

But don't stop for a very long time, just rest if you need to and free your mind from cluttered thoughts. Because if you will make rest as a pleasure then you will be in big trouble, your fire will die. Your momentum will be cut out and you will be lost in the forest again.

If you will stop then use that stoppage for something meaningful, reevaluate yourself. Think why you are not getting any results yet, add something new to your game plan, revise your process and go back pursuing success.

You need to stop if you're very tired, you need to stop if there is no right rhythm going on. You need to change the flow and create a new momentum. Stopping is different from quitting, don't be afraid to stop just make sure your mindset is still about continuing your journey.
