Focus on the moment to avoid regrets, appreciate what you have, focus on your own lane. Never think about the past anymore, never think about the embarrassment, humiliation, failures and what you didn't do. Because there is nothing you can do anymore to change the past. What happens will never be changed even if you pray for a million times, even if you think about it and imagine what you should have done... nothing will change. Thinking about past especially the negative ones will only make you feel bad, it will never make your life better so why deal with it? It's the number one bullshit.
REGRETS is a dream killer and a future destroyer. If you want to have a miserable life then deal with your regrets, focus on your dramas and whinings.
If you have a lot of regrets in the past because you were so afraid to step up and do what you can do... forget all of it. You are allowed to become scared, you're just a human. At least you learned some lesson. So the next time you're scared to do something... do it anyway, forget about the results and let yourself fly.
Regrets is just a feeling, if you will learn to let go then you will never feel it anymore. Forgive yourself because that is the only best thing to do. Think about this... is thinking about the past every now and then going to make your life better? of course not. Thinking about past is useless, you are only harming yourself by doing that.
Focus on the positive things that are happening in your life. There are better things around you, focus on them and appreciate that you still have a lot of opportunities to become happier in life.
REGRETS IS BULLSHIT, IT IS A POISON. It is only giving you a lot of difficulties in life so kill all of your regrets by taking action now and divert your focus to different things that are happening now.
The present moment is your key to have a happy life. You can never be happy with the past because you can't touch it anymore. The only control you have is the present moment, focus on it and never let the magic moments escape.
