It is easy to become original... just do what your heart and mind tells you to do so. Don't look for other people's work. Just work and make something work, it is original if you just do it with all your heart, you can get some inspiration from others but just use it as a guide, never copy it nor revise it.
Do it with passion, focus on how you feel while you are creating something. If you feel good with every action that you make... that is the right path, that is original. Don't think twice before you execute, be spontaneous, let your creativity flow and never hold back. It is like mind like a water, you never feel that there is something wrong with what you're doing. Be like a cloud, a cloud can never go wrong, there is no wrong shaped cloud right?
Don't look for other people's ideas and never compare your work, never mind if they are doing better than you. Just keep going, keep creating and have no conscience in expressing yourself.
It's easy to become original, just express how you feel and how you think and that's it. All people are original, they have hidden creativity but they are so afraid to express themselves that is why they are always trying to imitate. They want to play it safe and not be labelled as weirdo or something.
If you want to look original you must not be afraid of being criticized or scrutinized, people will always say something against your work and it is your responsibility not to listen and just keep doing your work.
Being original takes a lot of courage, you need to feel proud of your ideas and creations, you should not have any regrets if your ideas didn't do well. Be bold in expressing yourself and give everything you've got.
After all, if you didn't use your original ideas and someone use it in the future... you will have a lot of regrets, you will feel bad because you act like a pussy and let other people control your life.
