DON'T THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU DON'T WANT IN YOUR LIFE

What you don't want attracts in your life because you are always thinking about it, you are always wasting your time and energy thinking about how to get rid of it into your life. Even if you don't admit it... you are more focused on what you don't want than what you want.

The truth is.. what you don't want will multiply or will be attracted to you even more if you always feel bad about it. The best thing to do is stop thinking about it and just look for the thoughts that are more positive and can make you feel better.

YOU ALWAYS THINK ABOUT THE PEOPLE YOU HATE. That is why you feel bad even more, that is why you always see them and get annoyed at them. If you have a secret enemy that you made up for yourself... don't think about that person. Even if he is succeeding or failing... don't think about him. That is the best way to get rid of him, even if he say something to you that isn't nice... let him be, don't talk to him or confront him. Treat him like dead so he won't be able to hurt you anymore.

You are the only one who is hurting yourself by thinking about the people and things that you don't want. You cannot control everything but you can always control your thoughts. Focus on what you want and not on what you don't want.

YOU ALWAYS THINK ABOUT FAILING THAT IS WHY YOU ARE FAILING. You are not even starting yet but you already think about failing. That is why you can't give your best, you are so focus on the negativity instead of the positivity. What if you just think about winning, what do you think will be the difference?

You will attract what you don't want in your life if you are always thinking about it. You need to put your mind in the right place, think about what you want and focus on it.

IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD HEALTH THEN STOP FOCUSING ON PAIN. Don't try to remember what is the cause of your pain, just do the solutions needed and be happy with the process... that is the best way to heal your own body. If you have a disease then stop focusing on your fears instead focus on what you want to happen tomorrow. Focus on your plans, goals and the people that supports you. Never try to make the fear bigger because that will be the start of your downfall.

FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT. Think about what you want, be near with what you want and do what you want. It's all about putting your thoughts and actions on the right place. It's all about using your time and energy the right way. Focus on what you want and never think or do something else other than that.
