HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR MIND

Your mind is like a garden that you must take care properly in order to have a better life. Don't let the weeds grow on it. Water it everyday and feed it wit the right fertilizer to make it healthier and function properly.

1. Avoid negative thoughts. You cannot totally avoid it but you can control it. You must always be aware if you are entertaining negative thoughts and get rid of them right away. A small negative thought can become bigger and bigger. If you don't control it early, it will dominate your life and your life will be in a very bad direction. It is easy to get rid of negative thoughts... replace it with positive once it is running inside of your brain. It is a war between positive and negative but it's your duty to help the positive thoughts prevail in the end.

2. Think about your goals everyday and do something for it. It is easier to have a positive mind if you will always think about your goals and of course you need to take positive actions. If you will not take actions then you will worry if your goals will happen or not, that will create negative thoughts.

3. Stay away from negative people. Even if you're a positive person... if you will always talk to negative people then you will become negative too. Negativity is very contagious, it is so powerful that is why there are lot of negative people in this world. Stay away from a negative person so that your mind will be free from negative thoughts.

4. Meditate. A lot of people laughs at meditation. The truth is it will free your mind from toxic and unwanted thoughts. You need time to clear your mind and stop thinking for a while. Meditation will relieve your mind from stress, fears and worries. Try doing it 5 minutes a day and one day you will become a buddha.
