If you will have to associate yourself with other people because of business, recreation or simply being friends with them... you have to connect yourself with like minded individuals, you have to share your thoughts and ideas with people who has the same mindset as yours so that there will be no conflict of interest.
If you're a motivator you should talk to a person with positive mindset because you will only feel bad if you talk to negative people because they will only laugh at you and contradict your ideas. They will never believe you, it's hard to convince a negative minded person because all he see is negativity.
Sharing your ideas with the like minded individuals will make your life easier, you will be able to express more of yourself without absorbing any hate or form of disagreement. Because if you will keep on insisting your knowledge with people who has no interest with you... you are only wasting your time, you will only use a lot of energy but nothing will happen.
If you're a businessman then connect with people who wants to start a business or is doing business himself. Never talk to someone who is unemployed or a bum for life. If you love sports then connect with people who love sports, as simple as that. The recreation and sharing will be a lot easier, it will become genuine and effortless. You will have a lot of fun and you will also learn a lot.
Communication starts with compatible connection. You will not be able to communicate clearly with someone who doesn't resonate with your interests in life.
