It's easy to grow everyday, you will just be consistent in what you do and do it even you don't feel like doing it. Because even if you're so passionate in something... there will be days when you feel so tired and lazy, there will be days when you feel like your passion already died and you need to do something else, you feel like you need to have a long break or something.
But that's the difference between and great and a good. Great and successful people still move despite of feeling lazy and unmotivated. Average people loves to take a break and make excuses.
If you want to grow... you have to do it everyday, do it even if you feel so heavy and stressed. Because the moment you do it... that is the time when the love for it will come back, you will feel good again while doing it. It is in the face of discomfort where growth happens. Once you detect a discomfort in your system, once you feel bad and wanting to procrastinate... that is the best time to move, that is the best time to make things happen.
Any action that you execute makes you grow especially if it is connected to your goal. Growing is simply moving, all you need to do is move, become closer to your dreams and that's it.
Some people can't find growth because they are not doing anything, instead of moving they choose complaining and whining and bitching. That is why they can't see progress, all the see is negativity in their environment. You will never grow if you're already complaining right before you start. Of course some things are hard, don't expect comfort and easy walk if you are trying to grow. There is no walk in the park if you're trying to grow, it is suppose to be hard and tough.
Consistency, dedication and being serious will make growing very easy. If you will use these three things.. you will not notice time, one day you will just look at the mirror and will be surprised at how big you become.
Don't look for growth right away, let it come naturally. If you are always looking for improvement then you will not see it. Work for it, don't watch it.
