But if you thoughts are positive... you will feel good, you will do good things and produce positive results. You will see opportunities, you will feel motivated and hopeful. Even if there are lot of challenges in your life... you will never feel down and depressed.
HOW TO MANAGE YOUR THOUGHTS AND GUIDE THEM INTO POSITIVITY?
1. Always think about your goals. What are the things that you wanted to get? how are you going to get them? thinking about your goals will make you think about solutions and execute them. It will make you think positively because you are dreaming and you will unconsciously do something for your goals. It will protect you from negativity and destruction. You will become focused and passionate. Always think about your goals so you will never think about other people anymore. Thinking about other people only produces negativity, jealousy and worry.
2. Be aware if it is a real problem. Most people are reacting to things that are not really a problem. The truth is... there are only few real problems in life. The real problems are disease, huge debts, accidents, death, calamity. If your problem has nothing to do with those things then it is not a real problem. If you can detect the real problem then you will simply ignore small things that bothers you, you will be able to direct your mind into positive state again.
3. Just simply stay away from negativity. Stop listening to the news, don't engage into a negative conversation, stop talking to negative people, stop gossiping. Basically learn to detect a negative situation and stay away from it. By doing that you will attract positive people and situations in your life even more.
