SELF PITY WILL JUST GIVE YOU A SYMPATHY FOR A VERY SHORT TIME

SELF PITY is the most destructive behavior that anyone can do. It will make you fail, it will destroy your confidence. It will make you very lazy, it will make you sick and tired of life. Self pity is for losers, it is for excuse makes and negative thinking people.

SELF PITY can give you sympathy from other people but not for so long. They will listen to your stories for a period of time but once they discover that you're always like that... they will not listen to you anymore. Your closest friends and family members will even get sick and tired of your stupid self pity acts.

If you find your self having a self pity then it is good for you because you can change, it means you are aware of what is going on inside of your brain. But once you are denying that it is not self pity and it is reality then you're in big trouble, you will have a hard time escaping that rut, you will become a very negative person.

HOW TO KNOW IF YOU ARE IN A SELF PITY MODE?

1. You always find excuses to anything.
2. You blame other people, you blame yourself.
3. You hate the world, you always cry like a bitch for no reason
4. You don't want to move anymore, you love eating, sleeping and procrastinating.
5. You're a negative thinker. You feel so unlucky and not blessed. You feel like the world is unfair to you.

Always remember that self pity is for the losers. If you want to win in life... stop acting like a bitch, stop complaining and whining for no reason. Yeah, maybe unfortunate events happened in your life but what else can you do? it is what it is, it already happened. What you need to do is fight in life and never take any second for granted.
