Don't be scared of hardwork, don't be afraid to work hard because you will not work hard forever. You only needed to do it while you're not successful yet. Once you already have the knowledge and experience then you never need to work hard anymore.
You can only gain wisdom by working hard, once you know the technique to become successful... you don't need to work hard anymore. Of course you still need to work but you don't need to work like hell anymore. You will only need to be consistent and focus.
A lot of people who are working hard and can't become successful are not taking notes. They are not observant, they don't find ways to evolve, they don't gain any knowledge. You need to be keen to details while working hard, you need to use every experience you get to take your life to another level.
Work super hard now and you will never work hard again in the end. Gain as much experience as you can, win as many challenges as you can, save money as much as you can. Become very wise so that you can lessen the burden in the end.
