There will be times when you will doubt yourself, for whatever reason fear is interfering and is trying to control your mind. You are becoming scared little by little, you don't know what to do, you're always worried and you feel like you're about to fall down.
It's normal, you're just a human, feelings come and go, sometimes you're brave and sometimes you're scared. Don't panic whenever you're scared, always be aware that you're scared so that you can take adjustments right away.
Once you feel the fear... move right away, go out, take a walk, run, do something, make money, chase some goals, clean your house, enjoy taking actions and your fear will all go away. Just do something, you will forget your fears if you're moving and forcing yourself to progress a little bit. You an make results if you will move forward.
Once you move... the fear will disappear, it might not go away as quickly as you're expecting but it's going away little by little. Especially if you're moving fast and you're really going hard on it. You need to move fast and go hard as much as you can... as simple as that. Move every time you feel scared, never stop moving until you fell asleep. Fear is very easy to overplay, just do something positive, just do something that will give you a little confidence.
Look at the bench player who's not playing for a lot of games... he is so scared when he enter the court because he is not moving. He already accepted that he is not moving, he is not even practicing during his free time, he is not moving at all. That's why his mind is so filled with doubts and fears. But if he will just practice during his free time then when his coached used him... he will dominate right away, it's because he's ready, he is so hungry to show what he got.
Fear is very easy to get rid of, just do something that will give you an improvement and it will go away. If you're afraid of getting broke then just look for money, beg on the streets, sell your blood, make love with an old woman.. whatever it is that you can do to make yourself a little bit better than yesterday... do it, that's how to eliminate fear.
