YOU'RE STILL OK, THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT

You're still ok, you're still in the game, you're still breathing and can still take actions. There is nothing else to worry about. Just give your best every single second so your mind will not worry anymore. Maybe you're not getting what you really want, maybe your expectations were not yet coming into your life but you're still ok. You're still competitive, you still have something to eat, you still have a roof on your head... there is nothing to worry about.

All you have to do is be appreciative of your life. You're still ok, focus on the great things about your life, for sure you can find something. There is no life that's a complete mess. Your life is still good, you're not in jail, you're still alive, there are some problems but you can overcome all of it. Just be good, just live life and focus your attention on the things and people that will make your life better.

Always feel good about your life. Be productive, be patient, if you want to get something then work for it, work as long as you can work and never give up, chase it like a hungry lion, never stop until you get there. Your life can be meaningful if you will just do the right things and stay appreciative all the time. Treat your life like a movie where every scene is something to watch, never let any second become dull or boring, appreciate every second of it.

So stop being too picky, stop being too wishy washy, you have everything you need. All you have to do next is try to grow what you have. Stop always looking for help, if you can do it on your own then do it. Being responsible for your own life is already an asset, stop thinking that you need assistance from other people. If you can just be ok helping yourself and finding a way on your own then your life will become super amazing.

So relax and stay confident with your life. There is nothing to worry about. Just practice gratitude every time, just stay still and be in the moment.
