Your misconception about fear is what's holding you back, it's what making your life difficult. Fear is always playing your mind, it's toying you and making you look like a helpless child. Fear is not there to scare you, it's there to poison your mind, once it controls your mind... the negative thoughts will start to multiply and get stronger and soon the negative emotions and situations will manifest. Fear is poisoning your mind, it's feeding your mind the wrong information that paralyzes you and make you go crazy.
So if you're always thinking about negative situation and you're always worrying then it simply means that fear already started to take over. It's already controlling your life. You're becoming scared of fear even more because you're too scared of the negative emotion that you will get. You're scared to challenge a big guy because you're so afraid of getting humiliated, you're so scared to try because you're so scared to fail. You're not scared of the subject itself, you're so scared of the feelings that you can get. You're not scared of a beautiful girl, you're scared of the rejection, you think that it hurts too much. You're not scared of your terror professor, you're scared of the embarrassment that you may experience once he calls you and you don't know the answer to his questions. You're literally scared of the feeling and not the one who can give you the feelings. But if you're not scared of the feeling anymore then it will be easier for you to enjoy life, you will become more free, you will take control of your mind and body.
Always remember that fear is only poisoning your mind, it's not there to hurt you. Once your mind got poisoned then that's the moment when you will feel really bad. But if you will condition your mind that it is ok before fear condition it then you will become successful in anything that you do. You will feel stronger, you will feel invincible.
