Making an impact is not that hard to do, you can do it if you will give your best. Stay calm with your every action and just simply give your best. Push if you need to push, do more if you need to do more, don't ever do less because doing that will never make an impact, you need to make them feel your presence and absence. They should feel weak and incomplete without you, they should feel stronger and more confident when you're around... that's how to make an impact.
You should never give less than 100 percent of your effort. You must go all in all the time, you must serve as an inspiration, you must be the source of their strength. Making an impact means... they're aware if you're around or not. Just like being a star player in basketball, if the star player is injured... his teammates feel weak, they feel incomplete, they don't have confidence. Look at a bench player... he is not making an impact at all because his value is too low, it doesn't matter if he is around or not because he is always replaceable. If it's hard to replace you then it means you're already making an impact.
You should have that insane work ethic, discipline and focus. If you can carry a company, a team or family then it means your impact is too strong. But if they don't care if you're not around then it means you have no impact at all, you're useless and weak.
You can make an impact by just being the hardest worker around, they will surely miss you if you're absent because the operation will not run normally without you, they will feel injured without you, they were so affected, the manager couldn't even eat... he feels sick too.
