BE WITH EVERY SECOND OF YOUR LIFE

B in every second of your life, be in every second of the challenge. Sometimes you're losing your mind, sometimes your mind is flying and you're not in the moment. You're physically present but mentally absent. If you feel pain then be one with pain, feel it, don't be afraid of it, endure it and will go away little by little. If you're not afraid of something then it can never touch you nor hurt you. If you're struggling then keep struggling, don't shy away from any challenges of life, keep struggling even more, keep pushing until the struggle is over. Some people will avoid struggling that's why they struggle even more, that's why their problems become bigger and bigger. You have to be in every second of your life, you have to be fully engage with what's going on.

That's why people uses drugs, marijuana and any other substances to numb the pain... they don't want to feel what they feel at the moment, they want to feel something else that is only making their lives worse. If you will not face the uncertainty now, if you will not do what is right now then your life will become miserable, you will have a hard time living your life. Never change the reality, face the reality and just try to live one second at a time. The reason why people were weak is because they always want comfort and happiness, they always want some other things and events, they can't appreciate what is going on with their lives now. They want to win if they're failing, the want it fast instead of taking it step by step until success shows itself gradually. They want to feel good when they're sick instead of doing the process one day at a time and appreciating that they are still breathing.

Your life now is your only life, you have no other life. You have no choice but to appreciate it, you have no other choice but to live it. Just feel, just be happy if you can and even if you're sad... it's ok too. Emotions will change later, you feel bad now but you will feel good later and that is for sure. Wanting to change your life right away is the number one reason why you're depressed, you're always looking to go back to the past or fast forward to the future, you want other things to happen instead of focusing on what is happening now.
