Change is something that is hard to achieve especially if your mind is fixed. Some people think that change is not possible because they were born that way, they think that it's useless to try because they think that their destiny were already written before they were even born, they think that no matter how hard they try... they can never make something successful. And that's why they remain the same way... they don't believe that they can make something work if they work hard enough.
HOW TO KNOW IF CHANGE IS HAPPENING ALREADY?
1. You feel so uncomfortable. You're feeling a lot of discomfort in your brain and body. You feel like going crazy. Just like a fat boy who's trying to eat one piece of bread today because he wants to look slim so his crush will smile at him... this boy will feel a lot of pain, this boy will fight temptation so hard, he will use all of his willpower just to survive this day without eating burgers and fries. Change is already happening because there is a war battling inside of his head, he is being tested, he is getting so hungry but he has no choice but to ignore eating if he wants the change to fully take place.
2. You keep believing the process. You keep doing the process even if you feel that you're not getting result from it, you never doubt it just for a second, you just feel that one day there is going to be a break out. You keep holding on to that vision no matter what. Your belief is unparalleled and you never care if it's too damn hard, you have no intention of quitting.
3. People were starting to notice you. They feel so weird being around you, they notice that you are doing something different. They can see a change if the way you behave and they've been noticing it for a few weeks already.
