Don't worry about any kind of situation that you're in because you will get use to it. You always feel so bad with something that is making you uncomfortable, don't worry because you will begin to accept it in just a matter of time.
Just like me, I feel so bad because there are new neighbors in our community that was so noisy and disrespectful, I was so mad and stressed everyday seeing them and hearing them because I felt that they belong to our peaceful community. But months and years have passed and I begin to accept that I can never control everything, it's not that I already accepted them, I just slowly accepted that I can never convince them to live our community. I just ignore all the noises coming from them, sometimes I am putting my ear phones one, sometimes I am just closing the window or turning the volume of my television from min to max. I am just focusing on what I can control and it made me happier and less worried. It's funny because I was use to having a relax and quiet environment but now I manage to accept that nothing is permanent and the solution for every problem is mental toughness and having the ability to adapt.
If you're sick for a very long time, don't feel bad so much, don't worry because your body will adapt to that pain, that pain will heal automatically, all you have to do is take care of your body, lessen the damage and just do the right thing, take care of your health... that disease will soon go away, you don't even need to drink some medicines, just adapt to that pain and never think about it, do your best to take care of your health and slowly you will feel that you're getting better and better.
Develop your endurance, develop your ability to adapt. Focus on what you can control and that is your mind and reaction. Don't dwell on the small things that doesn't even matter at all.
Focus on your own journey, pain is not part of your journey so forget about it. Focus on taking actions and getting better and you will see that it's not that hard.
