Your state of mind is your reality, what is happening inside of you is what will happen outside of you. If you have a bad state then you will have a bad or poor results, your reality will never look so nice. But if you're a positive thinker then good things will happen to you, you will feel loose, you will feel confident and carefree. Look at the people who were broke, they're broke not because they were uneducated but because they always feel the lack, they always feel that there is something missing in their lives.
The best thing to master is being a state shifter, you just shift states right away whenever you need to. If you feel bad you shift right away to a better mental state, shift your emotional state, force yourself to feel happy, remind yourself that everything is alright and that you don't need to feel bad anymore.
Every time you feel depressed... you ignore your problems right away and move forward, there is nothing to be depressed about, you can feel sad for a very short time but never stay for so long on that state, it is possible, all you have to do is entertain thoughts that are more lively and positive. Sadness is only in your head, your sad because you choose to be sad, you can even smile even if you have a big problem, it is possible if you will master being a state shifter.
Whenever you feel afraid... choose courage, fake the bravery until it becomes real, all you need to do is make a stand for what you want, choose to take action over doing nothing. Shifting states from time to time is hard but it has a lot of benefits if you will master it. You will become happier, productive and more successful. Always choose the more positive state, always choose happiness and courage. Never entertain fear, never let something scare you because it's not worth it.
The dominant and default thought should be positive, never let negativity be your dominant thought because it will ruin your life. Always choose the positive state, always be happy, make it a habit everyday to shift from negative to positive state.
