1. Work harder than yesterday. If you will use hardwork to evolve and take your status to another level.. you should work harder than yesterday, then harder than tomorrow, the next day and so on. It is a never ending process. Yes, it is very tiring but that is what it is all about. If you will not work harder than yesterday then you will never make any significant progress. Beat your own records, you know in yourself if you are pushing or not, you can feel if you are getting stronger and better.
2. If it didn't challenge you then it is not hardwork. If it didn't scare you for a bit then it is not hardwork. Hardwork should threaten you, it should make you feel uncomfortable, it should make you use a lot of energy. It should drain you and make you wanna quit.
3. Just work hard and expect nothing in return. Just make it a lifestyle. If you want to sustain hardwork then expect nothing in return. Just work hard for the sake of working hard and nothing else. Because results will come in the right time, you don't need to force it nor beg for it. If you work hard for a long period of time... you will be rewarded and that is guaranteed. A lot of people cannot sustain hardwork because they will work hard for a few days or weeks and if they cannot see any rewards... they will quit, they will go back to being lazy.
4. Rest if you need to. Of course you're not a machine who only needs oil and battery and ready to go again. Your body needs some rest but don't rest for so long or else you will be addicted to it. Just take the time you needed and when you feel that you can move again... go back working hard again. Rest if you're really tired so that you can work hard even more next day.
5. Never compare your hardwork. Your hardwork is different from other people's hardwork. Your work ethic is different from anyone else. If you can see a lazy bum... just let him be, don't give him a lecture, don't give him a lesson, doing that will only disturb you. Don't bash a lazy bum because you work harder, don't be arrogant, stay humble while working hard.
