THE ROOT OF DEPRESSION

The root of depression is stagnancy. If you're not moving, if you're not making any progress then you will become depressed. That'st how simple it is. That is the true explanation of how depression works.

Look at those fighters who lost in their previous fight.. they were so sad, they always think about the fight happened, they think about what went wrong. And if they do not work right away and train again... they will feel bad even more, their depression will become worse. It is not because of the lost, it is because they are not moving anymore, they let sadness control their lives. But if they will work again and train hard again... they will feel better, they will feel motivated again.

PROGRESS EQUALS HAPPINESS. How many times do I have to tell this? If you want to create happiness in your life... look for something, pursue a goal and move everyday. Force yourself to make progress everyday.

Look at those people who are always drinking everyday... even if they are drinking with their friends, even if they forget their problems during drinking... they still go back to depression. It is simply because they are not moving anymore. They let their problems eat them. No matter how expensive their drink is... they still can't forget their problems.

And don't ever make an excuse that you cannot move because you're depressed. You're depressed because you're not moving.

Movement creates improvement, if you will move now then your mind will go to a different state. You will forget your problems, you will forget the bad things that happened to you.

That is why if you are feeling pain... it is better to get busy, I am telling you, you will move faster, your anger will be your fuel. You will finish things faster than expected.

If you want to get away from depression... just move and do something. Transfer your energy to actions. That is the best way to beat depression because the root of depression is inaction.
