You don't need to be totally scared with fear, fear is just a feeling, if you will understand that all it does is make you stuck then you will be able to move again. Fear's purpose is to just freeze you and make you quit. It will never hurt you nor kill you, it is just a weird and uncomfortable feeling and if you will learn how to manage it.. you will be able to do things that you thought weren't possible before. You will become a fast decision maker and fast mover, you will no longer hesitate nor worry.
Feel the fear, tell yourself that it is normal, tell yourself that it will soon go away. And really believe that it will go, it will never stay in your system forever. You can revive a little courage remaining in your body, you can make that small courage bigger and bigger as the time goes by.
Whether you feel outcast, overwhelmed, lost, confused or simply scared for no reason... try to remind yourself that everything is going to be alright sooner or later.
Stay on your place, never try to run away from fear, never try to escape, just stay calm, breathe and don't let anyone sense that you're scared. Try to play it cool, act normal and be aware of what is going on. Stay with the moment and never think that you're in trouble. Just laugh at yourself because you are scared for no reason.
Just take actions, take it slow, don't try to rush and keep your composure alive. It's all about being aware of what you are doing and being able to see everything around you. Never panic and rush things, that will only make your fear stronger. You need to slow down and make yourself comfortable with the situation.
The more you face fear, the more you do the things that you are afraid to do... the more you will expand and become a better person. Your confidence will go higher, you will begin to realize that it is not so much of a big deal being scared and moving anyway.
Let fear become a signal that you must calm down, think deeper and take actions. Feel the fear but never let it dominate your thoughts, just let it scare you for a few seconds and then forget it.
