Just go through the motions, just deal with it, never shy away from it, face every discomfort that you are feeling. Face it one by one, live with the moment and never panic... that is how you handle chaos. Yes, it's easier said than done but that is really how to handle chaos... by facing the pain and never trying to escape from it.
If you have a responsibility that you must face... face it. You're the one who got yourself from that your situation so you're also the only one who can solve your problem. Just calm down and relax because every problem can be solved if you will trust yourself and do your best.
Chaos only happens when your mind is not clear and you're panicking. If there are lot of things going on and you don't know what needs to be done first... just pick one thing and focus on it, after you finish it then go right away to the next problem and focus on it until it is solved too. Chaos happens when you want to solve all the problems right away, that kind of approach will only make you frustrated and confused, the chaos will only become bigger. Always stay calm and keep your composure, it's like weathering the storm while moving forward.
Instead of panicking and being scared of your problems... push yourself to face all of them one by one and simply embrace the negative feeling that you are experiencing, you will feel good once in a while once you have a little momentum on your side.
Chaos will pass, it is not there to stay forever. All you have to do is think of a solution and execute it. If you don't know what to do then just do something positive that will not make the situation worse. Remember that you're a strong person, remember that all problems can be solved and you can get away from it by facing it. Man up, act like a grown man or woman and be responsible enough to do what is needed to be done.
