WHAT TO DO IF YOU'RE DEPRESSED AND WANTED TO KILL YOURSELF ALREADY?

Everyone of us has experienced some level of depression at one point in our lives. No matter how strong you are... you will still become depressed. Because there will be a huge problem that will hit you. And if you're not mentally strong enough... you're in big trouble, you might see hell at the early stage of your life.

If you're depressed it means you want something to change, it means you don't want to feel that negative feeling anymore. Your problem is too simple, just move, just do something that will entertain you. The number one cure to depression according to the number one doctors in the USA is running, you need to run even if you don't feel like it. 90 percent of people who were depressed became mentally stabled after running. According to survey 95 percent of people who run feels a lot better, they feel happy for no reason. It's because sweating and making yourself active will create hormones of happiness that will put your body to a more energetic and positive state.

Every time you feel lazy and heavy... just run, keep running all the time. Don't worry if you're fast or slow, just run. You will see that your mind starts functioning well, you will forget all of your problems, you will feel better because you're sweating. The more you sweat the happier you will become. Every time you feel depressed... just run and never stop until you feel better. You really have to force yourself. Run even if you're fast, run even if your knee is injured, don't worry about pain because it's part of the process, it's part of the healing inside of you.
