LESSEN THE DAMAGE

If you can't get rid of your habit permanently then this process that I am going to discuss will work for sure and you will love it because you will still do your bad habits but the impact will be lessen.

Life is all about longevity, if you are aiming for success then be ready to live for a long time because sometimes it takes decades to become successful and you have to be ok with that. If you are really serious in chasing success then you need to take care of your body, you need to become healthy because health is your capital.

It's time to lessen the damage, if you're puffing 20 cigarettes a day then change it to just 15, you will never feel the change, you will only feel a little discomfort. Do it for one month and once your body adjusted... change 15 to ten. DO it gradually until you finally remove it in your system. It's all about lessening it patiently and slowly but consistently. There should be a decrease every month.

If you're playing video games for 2 hours a day then just play for 1 and a half hour and use the thirty minutes for more productive activity. You can do a lot in thirty minutes.

If you're eating a lot of junk foods everyday then just eat a few, you can still eat it but put it in moderation. You are still satisfying your taste buds but you are lessening the dame to your body. It's better to take just 5 punches than 20 punches.

The reality is... you are destroying your life everyday by taking dangerous foods, if you want to live a longer life then try to lessen the damage, decrease the intake.

It's all about being smart a little bit, you can change a little bit of your life if you will sacrifice a little.
