9 WAYS TO HAVE MORE ENERGY FOR EVERYDAY LIFE

We need more energy to finish all the task that must be done, we also need it to compete and survive a stressful day, without energy you can never accomplish something great in life. You will have a great advantage in life if you have more energy, you will have an edge, you will finish a lot of responsibilities and you will never worn out during clutch moments. You can survive any pressure and you will be able to stay until the end. A person with weak energy is a loser, he will never win because he will always have a hot temper the moment he gets tired, he will quit when he feel the stress.

1. Water. Drink a lot of water, this will rehydrate you, this will make your blood circulate better, you will regenerate faster if you have enough water in your body. Never wait to get thirsty before you drink some water, make it a responsibility to drink at least 3 liters per day.

2. Fruits and Vegetables. Instead of eating junk foods... eat fruits and vegetables, cut the sugar and salt intake because those foods will make you tire faster. Junk foods don't have the nutrients that your body needs, they even make your body work double time because their contents were very hard to digest. You will tire faster if you're eating a lot of junk foods and drinking a lot of soda so stop it if you want to have a lot of energy in your system.

3. Minimize sleeping. Oversleeping will make your body weak, it will cause headache, you will feel slow with lesser energy. It's because your body is getting the habit of feeling heavy and weak, it feels that it needs more rest. So when you make it a habit to sleep for 12 hours a day... you will feel weak and heavy if there are days that you only need to sleep for 4 hours because of urgent tasks. Don't sleep too much because your system will look for rest every now and then.

4. Run for at least 15-20 minutes. Running will give you more endurance and energy. You think that you will get tired because of running? no, it will give you more energy because your blood will circulate very well. Your body will become use to a lot of motions so your stamina will become stronger.

5. Reduce Stress. Stop thinking too much, you can reduce stress by not thinking about things and just being in the moment. Stress is the number one factor why you can't move anymore, if you will command yourself to focus on your work and stop thinking about anything else then you can have more energy.

6. Cut off your social media time. Wasting time will eat a lot of your energy. Social media will give you a lot of information that were stressful, you think you are not using energy by spending time on it? you're wrong. If your mind is always thinking about different things then you will become tired faster. Social media will feed you a lot of negative information and news that will eat a lot of your energy so beware.

7. Meditation. Practice meditation everyday, breathing will renew the cells in your body, breathing will calm your mind. Just meditate for at least 5 minutes a day so that your mind will learn to calm during stressful situations. It's easy to meditate, just close you eyes and breathe, never think about anything. Just breathe deeply, you don't need to look like a monk to meditate, you can do it anywhere, you can even do it during stressful situations.

8. Deprivation. Yeah, you heard me right... deprivation. I know you will ask me how will you be able to work if you're hungry. But the truth is... if you can just keep your head cool while you're hungry then you will be able to do more work. Body is so slow if it's full of food, that's why you wanted to sleep after eating. But if you can deprive your body with food then you will be able to move fast, you will turn into a beast mode, you will have a mindset of a lion that will never stop working until he succeed.

9. Stop smoking. Smokers gets tired 50 percent faster than people who do not smoke. Cigarettes contains nicotine that will make your body slow and impotent. Look at those youngsters who were chain smokers... they cannot even play basketball for 20 minutes straight.
