HAVE SOMETHING TO CONTRADICT THE SHIT

If you have a habit that is somehow bad, let's say you eat a lot of junk foods everyday... you need to have something to contradict the shit, you need to have a counter attack so that your life will still be in balance. You need to exercise and drink a lot of water. That will lessen the damage in your body, you will feel less guilty and your obesity will slow down.

If you're partying a lot and spending most of your money in gimmicks and non sense activities... you should work hard too and have something for your vices, you must earn a lot of money. Because if not... you will become broke, your life will be full of shit. Do something that will support your bad habits so that you will not look like a loser someday.

If you're arguing with your wife a lot and your relationship is in danger everyday... be sweet sometimes, buy her flowers, take her out on a date and treat her nice. Your relationship can't be all about arguing because that relationship will end one day, you need to contradict the shit to keep the better shit alive.

Sometimes you can't conquer your bad habits and that is normal because you're just a human. But you need something to contradict that bad habit so you will have a little balance. So that you will still be able to continue having a good life.

Life is not perfect, it is normal to have bad things going on with your life but you need to do good things too, you need something to hang on to.
