DON'T PANIC IF YOU DON'T KNOW IT

Stay calm, you will know the answers later. Don't panic if you don't know it, it's normal, you're still alive. All you have to do is relax, take it easy and think clearly. You need to keep your mind running with ease and comfort. You need to make yourself realize that you will be fine in just a matter of time.

If you're lost on the road.. don't panic, you will see the right way later. Just keep moving, keep driving or keep travelling. You will be fine, if you will be scared and in a panic mode... the worse things might happen to you. Solutions will come faster if you have a relaxed mind.

Take a deep breathe if you're panicking and make your movements very slow. The key here is to be aware that you are rushing and panicking. Once you find yourself in that state... slow down right away, even if people are rushing you... slow down. The more you move faster, the stronger your panic attack will be. You will know the answers if you live with the moment and stop rushing things. No one can force you to move faster without your consent, that's your body, that's your mind, it's their problem if they feel that you're too slow.

WHY ARE PEOPLE PANICKING?

1. Because they think they suck big time. They think that they are looking stupid, they think that they are completely lost and people were laughing at them. They want to change their image right away, they want to escape the situation which will never happen if they keep on moving fast.

2. They want to look right and perfect. That is what will happen if you will value perfection... you will always be in a state of panic, you will always make mistakes. Never value perfection because you will never achieve it. Once you see that you are making mistakes and completely lost... just go with it, fuck yourself even more.

3. They let fear control their whole system. Once you're panicking... you will become scared even more. Just remember what I told you last week about fears. If you want to get rid of it right away, just appreciate that you are still alive, always remember that life is just a game and you shouldn't take it seriously.

4. They want solutions fast. The want to control the situation fast, they want to feel good fast, that is why they are panicking, they don't want to slow down. They go through the motions, they let the fear dictate the tempo.

5. They are not in the moment. Their minds were flying, they don't even know what is really happening. They turn into auto pilot mode. If you want your panic attack to stop... take it slowly, listen to the sounds, feel your emotions, look what is happening around you. Look for all the details.

Always remember that it's ok if you don't know it, it's ok if you don't know how to do it. What matters is you keep on moving and you keep finding solutions. Don't panic if you don't know it, it's not a big deal, you will not die, life goes on.
