NOBODY IS TELLING YOU TO DO IT

Nobody is telling you to do it so don't complain that it is hard, you can leave anytime you want but the only question is... are you going to be really happy after stopping your work?

A lot of people were complaining that their work is hard, they were making a lot of dramas, they were asking for a bigger salary. They almost forgot that no one forces them to do it, no one is asking them to do it, they can stop it anytime they want. But why are they not stopping? it is because they don't trust themselves, they don't believe that they can find a better job, something that they really love to do. They were so afraid that they might find another job anymore.

IT'S CHRISTMAS, I NEED TO BUY SOME GIFTS FOR MY FAMILY, WE NEED TO HAVE DELICIOUS FOOD ON CHRISTMAS DAY. Most people use this an excuse, it's Christmas time that's why they can't leave their jobs. It's Christmas time and they need to be happy on Christmas day, they need this and need that. That's why they can't leave their job even though they were complaining too much about it. They are so afraid to take actions but they complain a lot, what a stupid move.

I'M ALREADY TOO OLD I WILL NEVER FIND ANOTHER JOB ANYMORE. Then don't complain, don't play around, just be serious with your job and give your best. They can get rid of you anytime they want because you are slowing down, instead of complaining why don't you look for a way to do things faster? I think that will give you a better chance to secure your job forever.

Nobody is telling you to do it so stop complaining. You only have the right to complain if they company can't let you go because you have special skills and you're an asset to the company. But if you can't offer something special then just do your job. Nobody is telling you to do it, you can pass a resignation paper anytime you want. Don't talk about resignation if you are not willing to do it because you're just wasting your energy.
