Never believe in their perspective, never TRY TO CHANGE their perspective, you have your own perspective and it's your duty to fully believe in it. If you will try to change them then you will only get an argument. Let them be, let them talk, all you need to do is follow what you believe and give your best.
Never try to change them because they will only get mad at you, never try to explain your side because people will just laugh at you. Just work and inspire them by producing results. If they ask you how you do it then fine tell them. But if they are not even interested at your philosophy then quit talking about it because you're only annoying people.
Focus on your own perspective and make it rich, make it real, never try to compare your life to other people, never try to look that you're always right. Just be yourself and stop recruiting everyone to believe your belief.
