FOCUS ON YOUR THOUGHTS

Once you are thinking negatively about someone who doesn't even care about you... you are making yourself weaker because you are focusing on others not on yourself. Once you are judging, once you got offended by minor things, once you are starting to hate somebody... you are starting to fail because you are losing your focus to get better, you are wasting a lot of time and energy to someone who doesn't even think about you. Watch your thoughts they become words, watch your words they become your reality, you may not see the effect yet but it is making an impact already because you are losing your vision, you are losing a lot of time that you could have use to make your goal a reality. The most important thing is your time, where is your time going? where are you spending your energy? is it for growth or for sabotaging yourself, take care of your mind and never let anything affect you, never let anything disturb you peace, never let a hate towards somebody eat a lot of your time, your time is precious, it is limited so why will you allow yourself to spend your time on somebody who will not even give you a single second? the losers are the ones who are spending their time and energy for useless thinking. Think the right way, watch your mind, watch your thoughts and stop thinking about the people who really doesn't matter at all. You have better things to do, focus on them, focus on the right activities that will make your life better, beware where you spend your time and energy. If you don't like somebody don't talk about it, don't bad mouth that person, don't pull him down and just focus on trying to make your life a little bit better. Time is very important because it is very limited. Stop wasting a lot of your free time hating one somebody even if that person did something really bad to you because you are the one who is losing here, you are hating but you are the one who gets burn because you are feeling negatively inside and it is not good for your health, it is not good for your mind, you are going down doing it. Remind yourself that your thoughts will shape your reality so if you keep on thinking negatively then you will attract negative situations, even if you're just talking about it... it will still affect your reality because it will become your habit. If you keep on getting offended by somebody then you will find a lot of situations similar to that, you will see it all the time, it's not a coincidence, it's happening because that is your focus, that is why there is some people who keeps on attracting fights that are nonsense, it's because who they are, no matter where you put them... they will still find something to be offended of.
