KNOW WHEN TO PLAY HUMBLE OR ARROGANT

You should know when to play humble or arrogant. Play humble when you need something, when you don't have the power yet. Don't be arrogant if you have nothing in your pocket or you need some help from others.

If you will become arrogant and you don't have the power yet.. they will ignore you, they will punish you, they will not give you what you want. If you don't have the power always stay humble because you need the services of other people, you need them more than they need you so you don't have the right to become arrogant.

But sometimes you need to become a little proud of yourself, you need to be assertive and a little bit arrogant so that people will follow you, and that is if you have more power than them. You can only become arrogant if you really can do something, if you have the authority and money. But of course you still need to treat people with respect. Just let them feel your power if they are disrespecting you and not giving you what you want. People need to know who the boss is so that you will get what you want. If people are not obeying you, if people is not treating you right... that's the time to become arrogant, show them who you really are. Threaten them a little bit, show them what you can do. Sometimes you need to use fear to enforce your will, sometimes you need to scare people so that they will not play games with you.

But if you're just a peasant who is weak and powerless... always stay humble, be loyal and obedient. Remember, you don't have the power yet, it is your obligation to follow your boss and kiss his ass.

If you're in an altercation with someone who is more powerful than you, let's say the ratio of your powers is 1:10... don't fight, stay humble or say nothing at all. Don't act like you can fight him because you will never win, you will only regret it in the end. You only have the right to fight if you have the power.
