Motivation will never stay forever in your body, it will run out sooner or later. You need to find what fuels your motivation, you need to known where to push the button so you will be able to move faster and stop procrastinating. While I was working for myself for so many years, I've found out that the real fuel for motivation is ACTION. You will only get motivated after taking the first step and the next one and the next, it's kind a difficult a little bit in the beginning but you will enjoy it as you keep pressing forward. Look at those people who keeps on listening to motivational stories and watching inspirational videos... they get addicted to those stuffs that they don't even know they were procrastinating. I was once like them, luckily I found out that I was just fooling myself by doing that. You will feel motivated for a few seconds, you will say I will do this after watching this video but later you will not really start. You will be stuck in the same rut as before.
It's ok to watch those videos but start right away after watching one. Some successful people doesn't need to watch videos anymore, they just do it no matter what. People who were watching those videos still have a lot of work to do on themselves, they need to create the habits first. They don't know that it's not about motivation... it's about taking action and then getting motivated with the little success that you might get. And even if you can't get any small amount of success... you still need to take action to keep that motivation alive.
MOTIVATION... sometimes you feel it sometimes you don't. Whether you feel good or not... you need to take action, because that is the only way to refill your dying motivation. So stop looking for a motivation, stop looking for a coach to tell you what to do, stop looking for something that will spark you. Just take action so that you will become motivated to follow through, keep moving forward all the time so that good feelings will start to show. Stop being like a spoiled brat who needs to get pampered and appreciated before you moving, you can always move now, you can do something that will give you momentum. Stop waiting and just GO!
